Shipping Policy

Processing Time All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic (US): 3-7 business days after shipment
• Please note: Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

International Shipping We currently only ship within the United States.
